The location, the staff, and the friendly atmosphere. I loved that everything was in a central location and made vacation more pleasurable and relaxing. The staff is professional,friendly, and went out there way to make sure you are enjoying your time at the hotel. AWESOME! My children and I came to relax, and the staff and hotel made it possible . My children and I came to remember my wife and their mother after a tragic accident a year ago . The staff had no knowledge of this but helped us to enjoy our stay..We really enjoyed the stay. I'm grateful for them for making our stay memorable and fantastic. We can't wait for our next trip.

Easy check in. Super clean and friendly. Plush towels available at the pool and complimentary water and the best sweet tea ever offered both in the lobby and pool side. As well as a coffee staion. Breakfast is an assortment of hot foods...eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon biscuits and gravy as well as cereal (cold and hot), bagels, cinnamon rolls and fresh pancakes. Music during the day and pool side movies for the kids at night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds seem smaller than a queen, more like a full size, and our room had added bunk beds. We didn't use them to sleep but it made a little getaway for the kids because they had thier own TV at the bunks. Staff is constantly cleaning a restocking all available amenities. Breakfast staff works like a well oiled machine. We will definitely be staying here again.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Pool Area was very nice and relaxing. I liked the variety of pools. The rooms were big and spacious. The layout was good. Everything in the hotel was easily accessible. Not too far of a walk to the pool or beach. Parking was close below. Pool bar was fun.

We loved the being so close to the beach, which was super clean. The pool and lazy river were wonderful. Our granddaughter especially loved the lazy river. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the are was kept nice and clean. Attendants were always there to help with anything you might need.

I loved everything about this hotel nothing was a disappointment at all if you didn’t want to leave the hotel you didn’t have to everything was right there drinks, food etc. and the best part is you walk out the lobby and right on the beach

Beautiful location, directly on the beach with plenty of activities and space for a family of 6! We usually prefer a 2-3 bedroom suite, but with our last minute anniversary/family trip being on Labor Day, we booked the best bang for our buck. And we were NOT disappointed! Our room had 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with enough space for all of us. There was a fridge, extra sink and microwave also. Our balcony faced the beach, lazy river, pool & hot tub. Being a nurse, I always come in with my cleaning supplies and sprays to disinfect our rooms. BUT MY PRODUCTS PICKED UP NO VISIBLE DIRT, AND THAT MADE ME EVEN HAPPIER! I WAS ABLE TO RELAX MORE COMFORTABLY SEEING THAT. LOL. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5 min drive, we only left the hotel once, b/c you have everything you need here! LOL. Food and drinks from the onsite bar & grill were on point (somewhat pricey though). We WILL be back!! Thank you for giving this ICU nurse and her family a well needed break, that was both worth it and safe!!

Hotel was very clean, the free breakfast food was the best. Plenty of food in walking distance, especially captain Jack's. By far the best buffet for sea food. 70$ all you can eat crab legs. View off balcony, the entertainment all day at the pool, the pool bar and food was awesome. For the price, I'd definitely book again for pcb.

The room was perfect. The pool was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful,. The activities, tiki bar, food, drinks, staff, and all around atmosphere at the hotel was amazing. We will be back.
